Seven reports
The Reports menu shows the list from the start. The reports open when the assessment is complete.

Executive and board summary
The overall score (weighted and equal-weight), the maturity level, whether the score limit applied, the evidence-confidence rating (High, Medium or Low) and the key risks.

Element scorecard
Every assessed element with its score, and how many answers need stronger evidence.

Gap report
The lower-scoring answers and serious gaps, answers scored 3 or 4 that rest on assertion only, and all answers that need stronger evidence.

Remediation plan
The gaps in priority order, including the answers that need stronger evidence.

Register for Questions Answered with N/A
Every N/A answer with its explanation, and a second-reviewer confirmation where one is needed. N/A answers appear in every report.

Evidence register
The document name, owner, date and strength for each answer. Evidence is recorded as references. Files are not uploaded.

Export pack
A file of the whole assessment that can be saved and re-imported.
When you assess only some elements
Every report says which elements it covers. The overall score reads “Overall score covers N of 18 elements”. The elements you did not assess are listed as “Not assessed”, in every report.
Optional marking
You can add an “Attorney-Client Privileged” marking to your reports. It is a label that you choose to add. Ask your counsel whether to use it.
Export
You can also export your results to Excel (CSV) or PDF. Save a progress file to keep your work.
