Privacy and data
Your answers belong to you. This is how the self-assessment handles them.
- Your answers stay in your browser. The tool saves your work in your browser, on your device. It does not send your answers to AS3, and they are not stored on our servers.
- Evidence is recorded as references. You enter a document name, owner, date and strength. Files are not uploaded.
- You are in control. You decide who sees your results. You can export or delete your answers at any time under Settings.
- Save a progress file. A progress file keeps your work safe, and lets you continue later.
What AS3 does receive
If you send a request for demo access, we receive the details in the form: name, work email, company, role, country, an optional message and your request type. We use them to answer your request and to send you an access code. The privacy policy has the details.
The hosted version
Included in the licensed version, rolling out now: a version hosted in the EU, with a data processing agreement. We will update the privacy policy to describe it.
