How it works

From set-up to report, in five steps

This is how the Anti-Corruption Self-Assessment works.

  1. 1

    Set up

Choose which of the 18 elements to assess. You do not have to assess all of them. Elements you do not choose are greyed out. Give each element an owner (by email) and a deadline.

The tool opens a ready-written email that you send from your own mail program.

  2. 2

    Answer

Answer one question at a time. Ask for guidance when you want it. Record evidence as references: a document name, owner and date. Files are not uploaded. Save a progress file to keep your work.

  3. 3

    Score

Each answer scores 0 to 4 by fixed rules. AI does not score. A serious gap limits the overall score to 2.0, and your score without the limit is shown next to it.

The overall score covers the elements you chose, and says so: “Overall score covers N of 18 elements”.

  4. 4

    Read the reports

Seven reports open when the assessment is complete, from an executive and board summary to an export pack. Each report lists the elements that were not assessed. Export your results to Excel (CSV) or PDF.
